aim of the Ringsend & Irishtown Community Centre, established in 1989, is
to develop and provide a quality resource Centre to serve the needs of the
Community. We have an integrated approach with provision from “cradle to grave”
and approximately 100,000 usages per year. The centre opening hours are Monday to Friday 8am-10pm.
The purpose of the Centre is to:

poverty and disadvantage.

RICC IT Training Programme
Tuesday morning beginners computer class. The ladies are in the process of putting together a small cook book combining their culinary skills using the kitchen facilities here at the centre with the computer skills they have learned so far in class by typing and designing the recipes.
Well done to the beginner/intermediate computer class for completing their first Cook Book.
Provide a wide range of services to the community from Afterschool supports, Community Services Programme, Youth Services, Live internet Radio, Boxing, IT Training support and Gardening programmes.
RICC also host many service users and are available for new community groups to utilise our service. Please see below some of the RICC managed projects that are operating at the moment

RICCS Afterschool's Programme
Provides an afterschool support programme to young people aged 6-11 years of age from Mondays to Thursdays in the Community Centre./afterschool-club
RICC would like to introduce their new Café which is located in the Ringsend and Irishtown Community Centre. Drop in for a Lavazza Coffee or tea and choose from a Variety of sandwiches and snacks that are on offer at a very affordable price.
Open: Monday-Friday 10am-2pm
The Ringer Boxing Club
Come join Ringsend local boxing club be the next Katie Taylor, Kelly Harrington or Michael Carruth. We have a great team of boxing coaches looking to support the young people of Ringsend into learning how to box.
Tuesdays: 8yrs-11yrs 4pm-5pm
Thursdays: 12yrs and over 5pm-6pm
